Refund Policy

We want CandlePattern.app to genuinely improve your chart reading. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it. Here's exactly how our refund policy works.

7-day window

Request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge — no questions asked.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Settings → Subscription to stop future charges. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Processed via Stripe

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.

Fast response

We respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time CandlePattern.app subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial paid charge — no questions asked. This applies to both Starter and Pro plans.

2. Free Trial

CandlePattern.app offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

The 7-day refund window begins only after your trial ends and your first paid charge is processed — not at the start of the free trial.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@candlepattern.app with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your order number or the date of your charge (if known)
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We will respond within 2 business days and process all eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued when all of the following apply:

  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge
  • The request covers a first-time subscription — not a renewal charge
  • The request is made by the account holder
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service in a way that disqualifies the refund

5. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription and retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewal payments are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, cancel before your renewal date.

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, email billing@candlepattern.app within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse of this policy
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Repeated refund requests across multiple billing cycles

We will always communicate clearly if a refund request is declined and explain the reason.
