CandlePattern.app ("CandlePattern.app," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of Corton Labs, a sole proprietorship operated by Anitta Corton, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

CandlePattern.app provides an educational and skill-training platform focused on teaching candlestick pattern recognition through interactive drills, simulated trading exercises, and instructional content.

Everything we publish — including drills, lessons, charts, simulated trades, leaderboards, written content, emails, social posts, and customer support communications — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

Use of CandlePattern.app is not, and must not be construed as, the receipt of financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, fund manager, or licensed financial professional in any jurisdiction.

Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any currency pair, security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

Any pattern, setup, drill, or example shown is illustrative only. It does not represent a trade we recommend you take in live markets.

We do not guarantee — and have never claimed — that using CandlePattern.app will make you profitable, increase your win rate, recover prior losses, or generate any specific financial outcome.

We do not publish income claims, guaranteed returns, or testimonials representing typical results. Any testimonials shown describe individual subjective experiences with the educational product, not financial outcomes attributable to it.

Trading skill is one of many factors influencing trading outcomes. Strategy, risk management, capital, psychology, broker execution, market conditions, and luck all play substantial roles outside our control.

Past performance — yours, ours, or any other user's — is not indicative of future results.

Trading foreign exchange (forex), CFDs, derivatives, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You may sustain a loss in excess of your initial deposit. You should not trade money you cannot afford to lose.

Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, financial situation, and risk appetite. If you are in any doubt, seek independent advice from a licensed financial professional.

You alone are responsible for any decision to enter, exit, or hold a trade in a live market, and for the financial consequences of that decision.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use online educational services and to engage in financial trading where you reside. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and not share your account with any third party.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform
• Use CandlePattern.app in connection with the operation of a signal service, copy-trading service, or managed fund
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without notice and without refund.

Free Trial: CandlePattern.app offers a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will be prompted to add payment only if you choose to continue after the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We intend to transition to Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record in the future. Active subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes to payment processing.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Where changes affect active subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before new pricing takes effect.

Taxes: Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required by law, taxes including GST/HST or other applicable sales taxes may be added to your subscription price depending on your location.

All content, software, drills, lessons, branding, and underlying materials are owned by Corton Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal, non-commercial educational use during your active subscription.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content, drill, or material from the platform without written permission.

Historical price data used in drills and simulations is sourced from third parties for educational illustration only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed. Such data must not be used as the basis for live trading decisions.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corton Labs, Anitta Corton, and their agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities — arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corton Labs, Anitta Corton, and their agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting legal@candlepattern.app. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
